I’ve always been one of those people that needs something sweet after dinner. It doesn’t need to be fancy, just something to satisfy my sweet tooth and stop it from nagging me. Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe

I'm Asian so of course I love rice!! My carb downfall. Well I just discovered a tasty substitute without all the carbs and senseless calories. Cauliflower rice! Feeling spicy?? Make it Cauliflower fried rice..yum!! Simply place cauliflower chunks in a food processor and pulse until broken down into rice-size pieces. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium head; add cauliflower 'rice', salt, and pepper. Cover skillet and cook until heated through, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove lid and fluff 'rice' with a fork.
