My clients loved my Christmas protein cake balls so much that I had to post the recipe! These are packed with protein and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth! Eat by itself or crumble over greek yogurt for a protein-powered, healthy, delicious snack!
1/3 cup powder (use casein, whey blend)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sugar-free pudding mix (I use cheesecake)
Dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients and form 1 tbsp balls. Add little bit of water accordingly to stick. Melt the chocolate , dip the balls, and then freeze!
