Green smoothies are truly life-changing! There are a million different green smoothie combinations..experiment! Listed below are a couple easy delicious recipes …all you do is blend in a blender…I personally use a Ninja which I love!



Kale-Ginger Detox Smoothie



1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1 banana (frozen)

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp ginger (grated)

2 cups kale (chopped, loosely packed)

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Raw honey (to taste)



Kale and Apple Green Smoothie



2/3 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

3/4 cup ice

1 1/2 cups kale (chopped and packed)

1/2 Gala apple (cut into chunks)

1 stalk celery (cut into chunks)

1 tbsp ground flax seed

Agave nectar (to taste)



The Best Smoothie Ever



1 large handful spinach

1 mango, chopped

1 cup coconut water

1 cup cucumber, chopped

1/4 jalapeno chopped

1 small handful cilantro

2 sprigs mint

1 lime, juiced



Blueberry Peanut Butter Green Smoothie



1 ripe banana (frozen)

1 1/2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (I used vanilla, plain or blueberry would work too)

splash of almond milk

1/2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (or any nut butter)

1 tablespoon chia seeds



Green Smoothie Bowl with Mango



1 banana

½ cup mango, diced (frozen)

3 handfuls baby kale {or spinach}

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

⅛ teaspoon sea salt

handful ice



Kale Pina-Covado Protein Smoothie



2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 large hand-fulls kale

1/3 cup pineapple chunks

1/2 ripe avocado

1 scoop protein powder (i used vanilla)

1 cup ice cubes



Spinach Orange Smoothie



1 navel orange, peeled

1/2 banana, peeled (frozen)

1 cup tightly packed organic spinach

1/4 cup coconut water, adjusted as desired

1 tablespoon hemp seeds, optional

handful of ice cubes
